Hi Tea at Equinox
Bestie found out that their Hi Tea Buffet at Equinox was highly raved online hence she arranged off day yesterday to give me a treat here as my pre birthday celebration. So sweet of her. Wasn't intending to bring my lil terror to the Hi Tea with me initially but my in laws suddenly decided to go on a China trip last week hence no choice but to let the lil terror tag along. Even at this age , he seems to understand it was good food as through out the 1.5 hrs of the Hi Tea, he was literally eating non stop and mummy been really busy feeding him and didn't really had a chance to sit down and enjoy the scenery. At the end of the buffet, they actually charged us 3 adults and we got a shock ! Eventually they realised they had made a mistake and reverted back to 2 adults. But we were thinking they must be shocked the amount of things a 1 year old can eat, that is why the miscommunication. :p Anyway Hubby & I had been their once at night for their fine dining and it cost us a freaking $200++ for 2 main course and champagne. But yesterday the total damage was less $80 for 2 persons so in my point of view, just go for their Hi Tea and forget about fine dining unless you have plenty of extra cash to spare. See how much the lil terror is enjoying himself. So still need me to rate their service and food ? And see how breathtaking is their scenery. Its definitely a worthwhile experience. We will definitely be back for more. Labels: Birthdays, Friends, Mummy Bean, Restaurant |
